Local Produce
Dart Marina has an abundance of award winning producers on its doorstep and our team of chefs use the produce of the South Hams as their palette when creating innovative, exciting and memorable food.
Lamb is sourced from farmer Phil Bond at Blackawton and pork from nearby Poole Farm. Tender, well hung beef comes from a traditional family butchers in Totnes where traceability is a central theme and butchery skill an art.
Diver Scallops are delivered each day from Start Bay and superb Oysters, farmed by a family in the sparkling clean waters of Bigbury Bay are a feature of the menu at Wildfire Bistro & Bar.
Our chefs work with each season, from the first tender pink new season rhubarb to the summer soft fruits ripened to perfection, and fresh vegetables from around the West Country, each menu is devised to reflect the abundance of flavour, passion and dedication of farmers, growers and producers of the South Hams area.
