2 x Experienced Waiting staff – Full Time to commence early February

1 x Professional Bar Person – with knowledge of Cocktails to start in February

Talented Pastry Chef – required for immediate start

Chef De Partie – with a passion for fine food – to commence at the end of January

Part-time Receptionist – to commence in April/May
